I can tell just by the URL, those rules are fake you fucking dumb ass, and second how can you say if those rules exist? The last time I checked in the internet, the rule set for the internet was made by urban people, and whatever comes out urban, it is false, every last urban phrase and word, they're not real and they're not proper. So put a dick in it and stop this foolishness of this so called "rules of the internet", those aren't true, if those rules are easy to brake then they are false rules written by a moron who passed it on to others.
If I was going to the core of the internet I would see the real rules and they are:
1: The information you add on the www can stay forever as long as you want
2: The information can be erased in one URL while other URLs still have it
3: In every website there are links that take you to an other URL address
4: If the link has the same URL address than you are still in the same page
5: Some websites can be shut down for a short time or hard to reach due to the amount of people that use the www.
6: The www can take different directions and crash to one user another
7: The virus can travel in those URLs and can find you if your computer is online
8: The content of each site depends on the owner of that site
9: If a content of the site violates the other site, must be removed by the owner who's responsible
10: the internet can be hacked
11: If all information of every site and URL is deleted, the www will be empty.
These are the rules of the internet, not some stupid rule set made by stupid urban culture which are rules that are easy to breack, and if you read that paper in that page, you'll notice how ridiculous and stupid those rules are, if they sound ridiculous then it's fake, the rules I wrote here are basically laws, if you don't understand that and you still have that bullshit rule set that you believe it's true then I would recommend you to forget all those nonsensical rules and study the real laws of the internet, this is what happens when you go urban and do no research at all and use faith.
